Alex James
Alex James has a Masters of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University, and a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, NC. With over 20 plus years experience in the Graphics Industry, Alex has participated in numerous industry-related events as guest speaker/presenter and author's technical flexographic related articles. Alex travels on a global basis helping companies resolve their Flexographic challenges in the wide web and narrow web industries.

Paul Teachout
Paul Teachout has been in the packaging industry for more than 30 years. Starting out in commercial offset, he moved to flexo press manufacturing with Webtron in 1986. Paul has held numerous key positions including Printing Technologies Manager, Application Specialists, Director of After Sales, engineering and marketing support and Product Development Manager. As of March 2008 he has been a member of Harper Corporation of America currently holding the position of the HarperGraphic Solutions Technical Manager and OEM Accounts Representative. He is a FTA Level 3 FIRST Certified Implementation Specialist and also active on many industry committees including FTA and TLMI Printing Awards Committees. Paul is also an author, speaker and contributor to numerous technical articles published in printing, packaging and converting publications.

Mike Huey
Two articles published: "Flexo Rebuilds", published in Converting Magazine and "Recipe for Success", published in Labels and Labeling. Flexo Magazine March 2006 Reliable rolls. Spoke at the 2006 FTA Forum on Hybrid lasers. Certified by the National Council for Skills Standards as an Expert level Flexographer. Spoke at the 2005 FTA Forum on Anilox Verification. Mike has been in the industry for 15 years. Before joining the Harper GraphicSolutions team Mike was the Conversion Manager at Multi Film Packaging.

Sean Teufler
Has written several technical articles that can be found on our website. Received 2012 FTA President’s Award for Leadership Excellence in 2012. Received NCSS Flexo Certification in June 2004. Completed FIRST Implementation Specialist certification Levels I, II and III, October 2011. Completed Ty Boyd Excellence in Speaking, September 2004. Has spoken at several FTA conferences since 2005. Group Leader for completed FQC UV Spitting Project, 2010-2011. Co-chair for 2012 FTA Fall Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Active Member of the FTA’s Supplier Leadership Council for five years. Sean has 22 years experience in the industry. Before joining the Harper GraphicSolutions team Sean was the Senior Ink Technician at Graphic Technology for 13 years. He has won Harper’s “Technical Representative of the Year” an unprecedented seven times, 2005-2011 and made the exclusive President’s Club for 2012.

Bill Poulson
Bill Poulson has been in the Flexographic industry for over 30 years and with Harper Corporation for the past 13 years. He is the Technical Graphics Advisor for the Northeast territory of the United States. He specializes in the areas of coating and multi-web applications and experienced in making anilox roller recommendations for all segments of the Flexo process. Bill has a certification as Multi Color Press Operator by the NCCO and currently holds a FIRST Level III Implementation Specialist certification by the FFTA

Josh Kiser
Delivers technical support for the Harper Technical Lab duties including all Step-Up Audit Request and Walking Seminar Presenter. Serves as Technical support for Harper Scientific products. Assist mfg and engineering needs for Continuous Growth and Improvement. Completed Ty Boyd Excellence in Speaking September 2007.

Stephen Reinhardt
Stephen has been employed with Harper for 18 years. He has worked as a Super finish Technician, Department Lead person and as a Laser Technician. Has traveled to England for the new fiber-optic laser approval. He joined the Harper Graphics Team in November of 2007.Completed Ty Boyd Excellence In Speaking, in 2007. Before joining Harper in 1994 worked 7 years at Getrag Gears in purchasing and on the assembly lines which assembles transmissions & rear ends for the Dodge Viper, Chevrolet Corvette & the BMW Roadster.

Jeffrey Leazer
A graduate of Central Piedmont Community College's graphics program at the Harper National Flexographic Center (Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology Degree 2008. Received two PICA awards for Flexography. Jeffrey is beginning his professional career at Harper and currently prepares design layouts for the XDI engraving technology program.

Greg Harms
Greg comes to us with 18 years experience in development and expansion of the flexographic manufacturing process and needs. Sinesio Garduno
Sinesio Garduno is the Midwest/West Coast Graphics Advisor, he has 23 years experience in the flexographic industry. He has passed the Expert Flexographer Examination and completed the Process Color Theory at Fox Valley Technical College. He has hands on on all aspects of production from start to finish and is fluent in English and Spanish.
