Charlotte, North Carolina, September 14, 2011— Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation is pleased to announce that its Charlotte location passed the six month ISO surveillance audit that was conducted on Friday, August 26, 2011. This marks the fourth consecutive ISO surveillance audit that the location has passed without any findings over the course of the review.
The audit tested Charlotte’s conformity to the ISO9001:2008 standard, which pertains to the quality and consistency of the work performed at the location.
“Having passed four consecutive ISO audits without any findings is something that the Charlotte location should be exceedingly proud of,” commented Harper Corporation’s Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Lee Kluttz. “This accomplishment further exemplifies the dedication that Harper Corporation has to providing the best flexographic resources to its clients.”
Harper Corporation of America recognizes the fact that the professionalism and industry knowledge of its staff contributed largely to this accomplishment. The company’s Corporate Quality Assurance Manager, Ben Carter, has thanked those that were involved with the audit and looks forward to the strides Harper Corporation will continue to make pertaining to the quality of its products and its customer service.
This wonderful accomplishment does not mean that Harper Corporation will rest on its laurels; on the contrary, the company plans to locate any non-conformances that the audit overlooked and will incorporate the appropriate recommendations to ensure that the quality that Harper Corporation has become known for remains higher than ever.
