Juan has over 29 years of experience in sales and marketing management and has led Harper’s Latin AmericanRegion for 23 years. In May of 2021, his leadership expanded on a global level as Harper’s ExecutiveVice President of Sales & Technical Services.
Throughout his tenure at Harper, Juan has participated as a juror in various flexographic printing contests, haswritten several technical articles, and has been a speaker in multiples international events. Most recently, he wascertified by the FFTA, as a FIRST Implementation Specialist. Juan has a bachelor’s degree in InternationalBusiness, and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.

Josh Sigmon
Vice President of Sales for Canada, Europe, Asia & Coporate Accounts
Josh began his career at Harper in 2010 as a full-time as Quality Assurance Inspector, while attending CentralPiedmont Community College (CPCC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since then, Josh has managed Harper’scustomer accounts as a Technical Account Manager over the Central Plains. Currently, Josh has been successfullymanaging Harper’s customers and agents throughout Canada, Europe, and Asia Region and been a leader on allfronts. Today, he is the Vice President of Sales for Canada, Europe, Asia & Corporate Accounts.
Josh has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri in Graphic Technologies and AASdegrees from CPCC in Graphic Arts & Imaging Technology with a Flexography Concentration. While at CPCC andUCM, Josh participated in the Phoenix Challenge four years in a row where he won various awards includingdesign, research, and execution. Josh has now been a Judge for the Phoenix Challenge since 2019. Outside ofHarper, Josh has experience in marketing, design, prepress and printing.

Efrain Martinez

Efrain has 10 years of experience in the Flexographic and Rotogravure printing. He is a highly motivated, proactiveand self-directed individual who possess excellent sales and presentation skills with the ability to prospect andclose effectively, interact with customers, management, and technical teams in both English and Spanish.
He joined HARPER in June of 2021 as a Sales & Technical General Manager for Latin America including Mexico,Central, South America and the Caribbean. His goal is to connect and develop great relationships with the rightpeople and companies in the Industry helping them to reallocate their waste dollars to their bottom line whileimproving Customer and Employee satisfaction.”

Richard Hernandez
Sales and Technical Manager Western Region
Richard Hernandez brings over 29 years of extensive experience in the printing industry with 6 years in offsetprinting and 23 plus years in flexography. Within that time, he has gained broad knowledge of Webtron, Nilpeter,Comco, and Mark Andy presses, as well as A.B. Dick and Heidelberg offset presses. Richard began his flexographiccareer at Los Angeles Label, which led to Production Lead and Supervisory experience at The Label Company andAdcraft Label in Southern California. Prior to arriving at Harper Corporation, he was the Print Manager at PrecisionLabel which helped him excel in his color management, team member training and mentoring, and troubleshootingskills. While there he also assisted with the R&D and Product Development Teams that helped drive the companyinto industry leading trends.

Ron Case
Eastern Regional Sales & Technical Manager
Ron began his career in 1994 at Harper’s manufacturing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has worked inmultiple departments within manufacturing, while working his way up to Supervisor and Plant Manager roles. Ron has agreat understanding of key aspects of what it takes to manufacture the anilox, combined with the Team’sefforts behind the scenes to get the job accomplished. Ron has a great technical understanding concerning theanilox, which will prove invaluable within in his new role. Ron has attended many industry events and HarperRoadshows, to share his manufacturing experiences. Ron now will be using his manufacturing expertise to supportCustomers while assisting Sales, and Technical Service Teams as Harper’s Eastern Regional Sales &Technical Manager.
