Most importantly, ALTRAWASH™ GREEN is a cleaning formula that is non-corrosive to ALUMINUM. Why is this so important? Aluminum is used in the construction of most Anilox sleeves, both wide and narrow web, and lightweight anilox rolls.
Containing no petroleum distillates or environmentally hazardous chemicals, ALTRAWASH™ GREEN’S advanced surfactant technology is exceedingly friendly to the environment. It is a biodegradable, low vapor pressure, low V.O.C. cleaner with a pH level of 11.8.
ALTRAWASH™ GREEN can be used in many different ways. It can be applied by hand “on press” or flushed through the entire ink system.
